Refund Policy

1. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund.


2. Change of Mind Returns

For non-quality returns, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging
    Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged by misuse

  • Returns requested after 7 days

  • Clearance or non-returnable products


4. Refund Time

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Shipped orders cannot be canceled.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will provide a replacement or refund after verification.
